REFUND POLICY

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Please note that you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the return.

To make a return, please contact us at drew@higher-renewal.com We will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address. Please ensure you obtain authorization before returning the item to us as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and fix it.

Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their nature, such as perishable products, personalized products and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous products, flammable liquids, gases, sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us for clarification.

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the item you want. This helps speed up the process and ensures that you will receive the item you want.

If you are located in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item meets the specified conditions. Please note that the item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
